Qualifications
- p>🏢 Our team brings experience from over<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong>740</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>previous companies, from startups to global giants</p>
- li>Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.</li>
- li>Some experience leading, mentoring, or managing other developers or admins, even informally, and a genuine interest in doing more of it.</li>
- li>Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification, or clearly working towards one.</li>
- li>Broader tooling perspective: experience with related platforms such as Braze, Zendesk, or marketing and workflow automation
Responsibilities
- We empower our teams to make decisions, move fast, and take full responsibility for the solutions they deliver.
- p>You'll join Lib***' Salesforce Engineering practice, which owns and evolves the Salesforce platform behind how Lib*** acquires, onboards, and supports merchants and partners across 15 markets.</p>
- p>You'll build and run your own pod of up to four people, drawn from developers and admins.
- You'll own the technical direction of your team's part of the Salesforce org and the growth of the people in it.
