Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through coaching and developing sales reps
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train entry-level sales reps
- Assist sales reps with account strategies to increase revenue
- Hold the team accountable for daily activity and results
- Ensure employees maintain high integrity
- Coordinate support staff allocation for high volume accounts
- Monitor sales reports and communicate trends to leadership
- Work with Learning and Development to enhance sales training
