Qualifications

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will support the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of oncology care, working closely with Consultant Oncologists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- You will play a vital role in patient assessment, ongoing clinical review, and the management of treatment-related issues, ensuring excellent continuity of care throughout the patient journey.
- Provide day-to-day inpatient medical management, including clerking planned and unplanned admissions, undertaking daily ward rounds, and leading on routine clinical reviews.
- Manage acutely unwell patients, respond to medical emergencies and contribute to end-of-life care as required.
- Support continuity of care across both inpatient and outpatient pathways in partnership with our established multidisciplinary team.
- Direct, close working relationships with internationally recognised Haematology and Oncology Consultants and Professors.
- A supportive clinical environment with dedicated HCA-employed Resident Doctors and clear clinical governance structures.
- What You’ll Bring
- GMC Registration and License to Practice in the UK
- Completed Foundation Years training and additionally at minimum IMT-2 or Core Medical Training (CM2) / equivalent experience.
- At least 2 year's experience in Oncology.
- Full MRCP required.
