Job summary
The Representative in PFM Business Intelligence is responsible for auditing contract and MAC exceptions, supporting client initiatives, and preparing standard reporting.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, data entry, and data analysis
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Audit contract and MAC exceptions
- Support client initiatives
- Identify MAC, pricing and contract exceptions
- Submit appeals to carriers
- Record responses from carriers
- Prepare standard reporting
- Interact with internal and external parties
- Cross-train with team members
- Pull data for QBRs and MBRs
- Test products and upload claims
