• Completed degree in Hydrology, Meteorology, Civil or Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in international B2B sales, consulting, or account management, ideally in environmental or technology solutions
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Leadership skills are desirable, ideally including management responsibility
• Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Active customer acquisition with a strong hunter mentality
• Manage and coordinate bidding processes in the environmental and technology sector
• Overall responsibility for regional sales performance including forecasting and pipeline management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and sales metrics for reporting
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration with marketing, product management, development, and customer service
• Professionally represent the HydroMet software portfolio at international client meetings, events, and trade shows
