Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in successfully selling a technical product (Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, OSS preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience successfully managing high performing software sales teams
  • Startup experience strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC framework
  • Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team

Responsibilities

  • As a Corporate RD, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on acquiring new customers, building a pipeline, and accelerating overall sales growth.
  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping sales processes, recruiting and developing top talent, and delivering measurable results.
  • Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Commercial Sales, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, pipeline development, and sales initiatives.
