Qualifications

  • We ask that you have a strong blend of data management expertise, governance discipline, technical fluency, delivery leadership, and stakeholder influence.
  • We are looking for an experienced Reference Data Management Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, and governance of enterprise reference data initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with deep knowledge of data management principles and stakeholder coordination.
  • Oversee data modeling, data mapping, and integration efforts related to reference data domains
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure data quality by establishing validation rules, monitoring processes, and remediation workflows
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business users
  • Drive adoption of reference data

  • Contribute to long-term data strategy and roadmap planning

Responsibilities

  • You will sit at the intersection of data governance, technology, and business operations, ensuring consistent, accurate, and controlled use of reference data across systems and processes.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of reference data management projects, from planning and design through implementation and post-launch support
  • Define and maintain reference data standards, policies, and governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and IT teams to identify and document reference data
