Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid) ***This position will require that the recruiter be on site in the local office 2 days/week. About This Role: Com*** is looking for a Recruiter skilled in recruiting specialized technical talent as well as sales and operational roles. We are looking for an expert in recruiting with a background in a fast-paced and full-cycle recruiting environment.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and Software engineering, new

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, managers, and their interview team
• Prepare and extend verbal and written offers to candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to HR Onboarding
• Utilize a wide variety of recruiting sources such as job boards, professional networking sites and social media
• Build relationships with top candidates and establish a strong pipeline of qualified resources
• What You'll Need:
• 5 years of experience in a fast paced, full lifecycle recruiting environment
• A combination of staffing industry, executive search, and/or corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment where priorities can quickly change
• Ability to collaborate with peers in a team-oriented structure
• Must have great writing and communication
