Quality Technician - Machining Location: Bridgnorth - (Click Here For Location & Directions) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (14:00 - 22:00) Salary: Up to £17.25 per hour (approx £36.5k per annum) inclusive of shift allowance, dependant on experience. - This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their quality career or from a machining or production background looking to transition into quality.
- You’ll support day‑to‑day quality activity, from managing non‑conformances to performing process and product audits, helping ensure components meet exacting standards and customer expectations.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out process and product audits on the machining shop floor
- Supporting production teams with real‑time quality considered choices
- Measuring components and validating findings
- Raising and administering non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Preparing and tracking products for rework with subcontractors
