Qualifications
- Performs functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing of software applications and services.
- Identifies, documents, tracks, and verifies resolution of software defects and issues.
- Collaborates closely with software engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify
- and validate expected outcomes.
- Participates in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contributes to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
- Develops and maintains automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Supports continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes through automated quality validation activities.
- Performs root cause analysis of software defects and works with development teams to implement corrective actions.
- Validates software releases prior to production deployment and supports post-release verification activities.
- Monitors application quality metrics and recommends improvements to testing processes and standards.
- Acts as a resource to managers and employees regarding software quality best practices and testing methodologies.
