Qualifications

• Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment?
• Our AI & Engineering - Industry Solutions teams works with the Customer group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.
• Required
• 1+yrs Python (strong proficiency)
• 1+yrs LangChain & LangGraph
• 1+yrs RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Multi-agent systems
• Memory systems (long-term/short-term, persistence, conversational checkpoints).
• A strong commitment to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices, including operational ownership
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

• As an experienced Python Developer you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel.
• Work you'll do/
• Build and orchestrate LLM workflows in Python using LangChain/LangGraph, including tool/function calling, structured outputs, error handling, and performance/cost tuning.
• Design and operate RAG pipelines: data ingestion/chunking, embeddings + vector search, retrieval/reranking, grounding/citation, and evaluation to reduce hallucinations.
• Implement multi-agent and memory systems: agent roles/handoffs, state management, short/long-term memory persistence, conversational checkpoints, and guardrails/observability in production.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
