CLARINESS IS LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEAD - CLINICAL TRIALS (F/M/D) BASED IN BERLIN, HAMBURG, LONDON OR CAPE TOWN. - Full-time; unlimited - About the role: As a Project Management Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while leading and supporting a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, project delivery, or a related leadership role.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or developing Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and delivery best practices.
• Experience driving process improvements and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Management Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while leading and supporting a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Working closely with the VP Project Management, you will help drive operational excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent project delivery standards across your assigned POD.
