• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of database administrators and developers, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on database-related matters-managing expectations, translating business needs into technical

• Oversee troubleshooting, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for database outages or performance issues
• Establish and enforce database administration and development best practices, including security, backup and recovery, and documentation
• Plan and oversee database-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals
• A successful candidate would possess these
• Required:
• Proven ability to oversee and optimize large, complex SQL Server databases
• Proficient in ensuring high availability, integrity, security, backup, and recovery
• Experience in designing, developing, and tuning databases; strong SQL scripting
