The Project Controls Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of construction projects through cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost engineering.
- Experience with large-scale EPC commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor schedule performance and analyze potential delays.
- Track project costs against budgets and identify variances.
- Develop cost forecasts and assist with change management.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimating teams.
- Provide project controls updates in meetings.
