Responsibilities

• The Product Support Technician will be responsible for diagnosing customer reports and reading logs to determine fault cause, before escalating to Software Engineers to resolve.
• Log analysis, diagnosis, and escalation
• Testing software and hardware systems, finding solutions and liaising with relevant teams to resolve issues
• Technical development
• Research and product development
• Working with Technical Teams on testing and introduction of new peripherals and components
• Shell support, development testing and deployment
• Creating support documentation
