Qualifications
- gathering & documentation for one/more assigned products.
- Collaborate with the Director for prioritization based on funding and development capacity.
- Continuously review and refine the backlog of
- using Jira as SDLC tool.
- Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- You are the SME in this role, providing knowledge and expertise in this business area/product to business analysts, development team members, and the user community.
- Create and deliver communications throughout the development cycle to stakeholders at all levels, including release planning content, feature/story-level acceptance criteria new/modified functionality
- BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience.
- 5+ years’ experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines
- Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
- Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
- Experience with software development management/tracking
