Qualifications

- The Onboarding Product Owner (PO) leads development of new recruiting- and onboarding-related products for HBS.
- The PO is responsible for ensuring that solutions meet HCA***’s architecture, coding and security standards and for supporting these solutions after they are deployed.
- process flows, terminology, use cases, business rules and logic
- Document the product’s technical context within HBS ITG’s applications and datastores, identifying data sources, interfaces and data flow as well as data quality issues and limitations
- Synthesize operational and technical contexts to create a context layer that includes detailed prompts, instructions, context documents, examples and validation criteria to guide AI-assisted product development
- Maintain the context layer to ensure it accurately represents the current business and technical environments

- Context Engineering
- Develop subject matter expertise by partnering with business stakeholders to understand the “why” behind the product in terms of operational challenges, reporting needs and improvement opportunities
- Capture the product’s operational context by documenting
- Performs global workforce management with potential working hours beginning at 7 a.m.
- Performs occasional after-hours and weekend work for product development, releases, and support
