Qualifications

• Bridges business and engineering naturally.
• You're as comfortable presenting a product roadmap to management and external partners as you are discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers.
• You close the gap between what the business wants and what the system can realistically deliver.
• KPI-driven team lead.
• Develops the people, not just the product.
• You guide and grow the individuals on your team, helping them operate at their best even as

• Plus: AdTech background.
• Experience in an adtech company is a plus, not a requirement.
