Responsibilities

• WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• include:
• Take ownership of your tasks and deliver across the full product lifecycle for telemetry server applications: design, development, documentation, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and maintenance
• Investigate and resolve complex system issues in SaaS telemetry environments, following through from diagnosis to resolution
• Contribute to stable, operationally reliable SaaS environments including server administration and infrastructure improvements
• Provide clear, technically sound support to the operations team and customers through ticketing and direct investigation
