Responsibilities

• As a Builder on the Stack Forging Thermal Solutions team at Joh***, you'll join a team of sleeve-rollers who set a high bar for themselves and their co-workers.
• If you are passionate about your craft and don't give up until you've found a way, you will make an ideal Builder!
• As a Process Engineer Co-op, you will help to develop, optimize, and standardize processes for the Stack Forging process.

• Tune process parameters to make performance improvements
• Design and build thermal cooling test specimens using CAD and internal software
• Assist in quality control and process improvement efforts for production scale-up
• Develop and perform surface characterization testing and metallographic inspection
• Perform electron and optical microscopy analysis
• Support feedstock alloy development and validation
• Develop and perform mechanical testing methods
• Design and carry out Design of Experiments and other statistical analysis
