Responsibilities

• Own and deliver target architectures and strategies.
• Partner with Technical Leads for feature delivery and architecture improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Directors to align product vision with deliverables.
• Lead shift to AI-First working and architect new SDLC foundations.
• Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Engineers.
• Act as a role model for technical leadership.
• Head architectural reviews ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate to shape broader technology strategy.
• Partner with Engineering Management to grow teams and report progress.
