• This role is responsible for driving delivery excellence, defining best practices, and ensuring alignment across business, scientific, and engineering stakeholders.
• This position plays a key role in advancing enterprise data platform capabilities that enable reliable, compliant, and scalable capabilities across research and clinical operations enterprise-wide.
• YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS (INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives for data platform capabilities spanning discovery (multi-omics, imaging, chemistry data), pre-clinical, and clinical
• Partner closely with Business Analysts on BRDs and author/refine detailed SRS documents; translate business and scientific needs into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
• Drive product ownership for data platform initiatives, including roadmap prioritization, backlog governance, and alignment of delivery to business value
• Drive day-to-day execution of initiatives using agile practices while embedding data governance, security, lineage, and regulatory
• GxP, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
• Act as the key technical bridge between scientists, BAs, data engineers, MLOps, and compliance stakeholders
• Own delivery outcomes for data platform initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
