Principal Application Software Engineer - Testing

Job summary

We are looking for an Software Development Engineer in Test who is passionate about quality to join the Ora*** Health Gen2 Patient Portal System Testing Team. This role will focus on improving product quality through defining system test strategy, web and mobile test automation, API validation, CI/CD integration, and reliable testing of patient-facing workflows, developing required tooling.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, and API workflows.
• Work closely with development, product, and UX teams to define quality criteria.
• Validate end-to-end Patient Portal experiences across browsers, devices, iOS, and Android.
• Create and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and release-readiness tests.
• Identify, debug, and clearly document defects with reproducible steps.
