Qualifications

  • Build and maintain an engaged, high-performing team culture, ensuring appropriate resourcing, supporting staff development, and maintaining a safe, compliant working environment.
  • Take full accountability for the financial performance of the practice, including management of the P&L, delivering against budgets, and meeting all financial management
  • Role is full time 40 hours per week - 5 days over 7
