Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT solution development, including 2+ years focused on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Proven experience modernizing legacy applications and integrating APIs or enterprise data sources
- Deep knowledge of Power Fx, Dataverse schema design, and solution architecture
- Strong mentoring and communication
- This is a full-time direct hire position and you must currently have an active Secret Security Clearance or above.
- We are not able to offer visa sponsorship, 1099 status, or work with C2C for this role.
- US Citizenship and a minimum of a currently active Secret or above is REQUIRED for this role.
- Eligibility to obtain a Top-Secret clearance is also required.

Responsibilities
- Assess & Strategize: Analyze legacy apps (primarily .
- NET and SharePoint) to determine modernization paths—refactor, rebuild, or replace using Power Platform.
- Design & Develop: Create end-to-end Power Apps and Power Automate workflows leveraging Dataverse, M365, and external data sources.
- Prototype with Purpose: Build quick, functional proofs of concept that demonstrate the “art of the possible” with low-code innovation.
- Enable & Empower: Support business users and citizen developers to extend, maintain, and optimize their apps.
- Document & Educate: Produce clear, concise documentation and deliver hands-on training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Champion Best Practices: Lead by example—ensure your builds follow scalable architecture, strong UX/UI design, data governance, and security compliance.
