Qualifications
- Strong understanding of PLM administration and user support
- Previous hands-on experience administering and supporting Arena PLM software
- Experience supporting engineering or technical teams within a PLM environment.
Responsibilities
- As Arena PLM Administrator, you will ensure Gra***'s Product Lifecycle Management platform runs reliably and efficiently.
- You will maintain the Arena PLM environment, support users, and improve workflows.
- You will also help introduce new functionality, optimise processes, and keep product data accurate and well governed.
- You will work across engineering and operations while building expertise in configuration management and PLM administration.
- Day to day, you will partner with engineers and operational teams to solve problems, improve workflows, and support users.
- You will take ownership of your work while collaborating with specialists across the business to deliver practical improvements.
