• Our founders (ex-Apple, Bluevine; ex-Affirm, Square, Google) are Stanford alumni with experience in large software systems, machine learning, and structured finance.
• You have 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
• You are a hands-on leader who enjoys staying close to the code and day-to-day technical decisions of the team.
• You have experience leading complex engineering projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• You are an excellent coder, system architect, and mentor of engineers of different seniority levels.
• You are experienced and comfortable building and designing data systems with traditional relational databases as well as cloud-based data warehouses.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and technology is a plus.
• You are a lifelong learner and empathetic teacher.
• We believe strong foundations are more important than specific technical knowledge, but experience with any part of our stack (Python, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, AWS) is a plus.
