Job summary

Job Description This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, now or in the future. Candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. This position is hybrid 3 days per week in the following offices: Cincinnati, OH, Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL or Denver, CO.

• Incident response & troubleshooting — Debug platform issues across our fleet
• What you’ll bring
• A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline plus 5+ years of experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Solid experience and comfortable managing with container orchestration
• Experience with running Apache Kafka on Kubernetes (architecture, components, producers, consumers, deployment, configuration, optimization, ZooKeeper, brokers etc)
• Experience with running Persistence services on Kubernetes (redis etc)
• Good knowledge of standard internet protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP and relevant troubleshooting
