Job summary

PCSI is seeking a People Team Business Partner to provide HR support at military and border patrol service sites in Texas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum five years of experience in multiple HR disciplines
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • PHR or equivalent HR Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with designated units to align business objectives with employees and leadership
  • Manage and participate in special projects or corporate programs
  • Serve as a consultant to leaders and staff on People Team matters
  • Provide guidance on leader inquiries and conduct investigations
  • Manage complex employee relations issues
  • Communicate information related to People team initiatives
  • Provide performance management guidance to leaders
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements for employee management
  • Support talent management efforts
  • Improve work relationships and build morale
  • Manage labor relations and grievance processes
  • Oversee adherence to EEOC and affirmative action programs
  • Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions
  • Communicate and provide guidance on Leave Administration
  • Assist in maintenance and revision of site job descriptions
