Qualifications
- Comfortable working with HR systems (ideally HiBob or similar HRIS), with a genuine interest in using technology to improve People processes.
- Data-literate, with the ability to produce, interpret, and validate reports, ensure data quality, and use insights to support People Partners and business needs
- Exposure to process and ways-of-working improvement, such as documenting workflows, testing system enhancements, refining templates, or supporting change implementation.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling people data, contracts, payroll inputs, or employee records.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
