• Train new handlers in the required tasks and ensures they have right working equipment.
• Handle late returns and required scans into the correct locations.
• 2-4 years’ experience operating in fast-paced depot, warehouse, or other operational roles.
• Some shift leadership & people management experience.
• if you're on a 4 days on - 4 days off shift pattern, you are entitled to the equivalent of 18 days paid holiday plus public holidays
• similarly on 4 days on - 3 days off shift pattern, you are entitled to the equivalent of 20 days paid holiday plus public holidays

Responsibilities

• The Night Shift Manager is a frontline execution role, responsible for executing night-sortation, as well as evening preparation for night operations.
