Job summary
eas*** is seeking an Operational Support Analyst to join their Airport Management product team, ensuring the stability and optimization of airport systems and devices.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of airport operational processes and ground handling workflows.
- Experience in service operations, system tracking, and managing software integrations.
- Ability to collaborate with third-party vendors during high-pressure incidents.
- Resilience in maintaining operational continuity in demanding environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical data into simple updates for various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage stability of airport systems and devices, leading service recovery and root cause analysis during disruptions.
- Monitor system health dashboards and data flows to identify risks and service drops before they affect flights.
- Coordinate live testing, validation, and operational readiness for new product upgrades and airport rollouts.
- Provide out-of-hours support for Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) system emergencies.
- Act as key contact for Ground Operations, Regional Delivery teams, and tech vendors.
- Oversee platform access controls to meet security standards and build performance reports for improvement.
