Operational Support Analyst - Airport Management

eas*** is seeking an Operational Support Analyst to join their Airport Management product team, ensuring the stability and optimization of airport systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage stability of airport systems and devices, leading service recovery and root cause analysis during disruptions.
• Monitor system health dashboards and data flows to identify risks and service drops before they affect flights.
• Coordinate live testing, validation, and operational readiness for new product upgrades and airport rollouts.
• Provide out-of-hours support for Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) system emergencies.
• Act as key contact for Ground Operations, Regional Delivery teams, and tech vendors.
• Oversee platform access controls to meet security standards and build performance reports for improvement.
