Qualifications

- You are hands-on, not only planning office operations but also actively ensuring their successful execution.
- You have the eye for detail and proactively spot opportunities for improvement, identifying anything that is missing or needs attention.
- You are comfortable communicating with our team at all levels, as well as with vendors and service providers.
- You’re fluent in German (C2) and English.
- You’re available daily and can work 20 hours a week.
- You like organizing spaces and making sure everything is where it should be.
- You’re open, friendly, and communicative and enjoy interacting with colleagues, guests, and candidates.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
