Qualifications
- Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is a Non-Medical Prescriber who would like the opportunity to be part of a developing and innovative integrated Community Mental Health Service?
- We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual who is a registered non-medical prescriber (NMP) with experience ideally of working within a community setting.

Responsibilities
- As a registered professional, you will be committed to providing a high-quality service and will support to improve service user access to care and treatment.
- Ideally you will have experience with working with service users with a range of mental health diagnosis / formulations.
- You will be working as an autonomous prescriber and will effectively manage a dedicated caseload.
- You will carry out assessments, reviews and associated prescribing for service users following agreed practice guidelines as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to provide care coordination.
- You will carry out reviews of service users who are having medication prescribed in primary care and need an annual review for this to continue.
- You will be responsible for the development, implementation and review of care planning and risk management.
- You will deliver a high-quality clinical service to Service Users, their Families and Carers in the Community.
