Responsibilities

• As a Network Ops Shift Manager, you will lead on-shift teams through the complexities of middle-mile parcel transportation, acting as the operational Subject Matter Expert.
• You will motivate and coach Associates to meet daily volume, service, and cost targets, making real-time decisions to resolve issues, optimise routes, and drive continuous improvement.
• This is a key frontline leadership role responsible for shift performance, team development, compliance, and bridging tactical execution with broader operational goals.
