Qualifications

  • 5+ years of managing teams experience
  • 8+ years of technology role experience
  • Experience with network operations either as a manager or individual contributor
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • PREFERRED
  • Experience representing your team or technical area to senior management
  • Experience in building and developing a high performance team
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
  • Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define
  • prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
  • Proficiency with AI-powered network automation and coding
