Qualifications

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Fabric Expert with deep, hands‑on expertise across the entire Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
  • MUST HAVE
  • 8+ years of total experience in Data Engineering / BI / Analytics.
  • Microsoft Certifications (Fabric, Azure, Power BI) are a plus.
  • Advanced experience with OneLake, shortcuts, security, governance, and workspace management.
  • Strong Data Engineering background with deep knowledge of Delta Lake, PySpark, Fabric Notebooks, Pipelines, Copy job.
  • Proven experience in building end‑to‑end analytics solutions on Fabric.
  • Must have deep technical proficiency in
  • Experience mentoring technical teams and driving technology adoption.
  • Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement enterprise‑scale analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric as the core platform.
  • Define best practices, governance models, and operating frameworks for Fabric capacities, workspaces, domains, and pipelines.
  • Lead migration strategies from legacy data platforms to Fabric (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Synapse, SQL, Power BI).
  • Build and optimize Data Engineering pipelines using Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, Lakehouses, Notebooks, and Warehouse objects.
  • Implement medallion architecture, delta tables, ingestion frameworks, and Fabric pipelines.
  • Manage, optimize, and partition large‑scale datasets for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Design and manage OneLake data architecture, shortcuts, security layers, domains, and storage policies.
  • Implement governance frameworks including data security, sensitivity labels, RBAC, data lineage, and cataloging.
  • Optimize OneLake usage across multi‑domain analytics environments.
  • Build highly optimized Power BI semantic models connected to Fabric Lakehouses/Warehouses.
  • Implement enterprise BI practices—data modeling, row‑level security, incremental refresh, composite models, Direct Lake.
  • Provide performance tuning and best practices for large datasets and complex reporting scenarios.
