Qualifications

  • Escalate to engineering support when required and provide clear operational context to software development about manufacturing realities.
  • Propose new functionality or process improvements that would enhance the operator experience, streamline production workflows, and reduce support needs.
  • Lead/Coordinate training for new feature rollouts.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Required
  • 2+ years in technical support, deployment, or system maintenance roles.
  • Hands-on expertise debug expertise with integrated enterprise systems, including MES, ERP, PLM.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask competing support demands in fast paced environment.
  • Functional understanding of basic manufacturing concepts, processes and terminology; and how they relate to software

Responsibilities

  • As a Manufacturing Systems Specialist, your primary responsibility is to respond to reported manufacturing support incidents submitted by internal company stakeholders within global manufacturing user base.
