Qualifications
- from cross-functional stakeholders, building the vision of what needs to be built, and working across Engineers, Scrum Masters, Designers, Data Analysts, and the Leadership team to deliver on that vision.
- Please note: Due to the direct report structure and international / off-shore resources this position manages, only candidates residing in the US Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones will be considered.
- Furthermore, candidates for this role must possess either US Citizenship or Perm.
- Resident Alien status ('green card'), This is due to the government related nature of the work this role leads.

Responsibilities
- You will support a team of world-class engineers, product owners and designers throughout product lifecycle.
- You will design systems and processes to facilitate effect team delivery against roadmap goals.
- The team will be responsible for gathering business
- as assigned.
- You Will Love This Job If You Have:
- Experience leading Product Owners and Managers, as well as off-shore and internationally dispersed teams.
- 5+ combined years in Product Management.
- Fluency in JIRA and Aha!
- Experience in marketing automation and/or digital engagement platforms is an added bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to build quantitative business cases and financial models.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and apply AI
