Qualifications
- You are naturally curious about product architecture, engineering lifecycles, and software development methodologies, and you easily translate business goals intopeoplestrategies.
- You have the professional courage to challenge senior stakeholders, navigate complex matrix environments, and advocate for the right business outcomes for Ford.
- Thrives in Ambiguity: You are comfortable with change and fast-paced environments where the roadmap is constantly evolving.
- You are highly resilient, action-oriented, and decisive.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience partnering with highly technical client groups (e.g., software engineering, digital product, R&D, or advanced technology).
- Demonstrated experience influencing executives (e.g.
- Experience working with executives in an “influence-without-authority” role.
- Previousexperience managing multiple client groups and prioritizing associated projects in a fast-paced and high-volume, complex environment.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, an MBA with a concentration in HR, or an advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business Strategy).
- Experience supporting global, matrixed engineering or product design teamswithin the technology industry.
- Experience in management consulting, business strategy, or operational leadership roles outside of HR.
