Responsibilities

• You will be leading agile cross functional software development teams, analyzing, designing and developing products in the healthcare payer market.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, including roadmap planning, sprint planning, work breakdown, and backlog refinement.
• Own the delivery of software products by managing scope, schedules, quality, and execution throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify critical paths, define and track key milestones and performance metrics, proactively manage risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders and customers.
• Build strong partnerships with customers, product management, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, performance optimization, scalability, and troubleshooting of enterprise software applications.
• Champion engineering best practices with a strong focus on software quality, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and the effective use of AI-assisted development
