Job summary

Maintenance Planner A Snapshot of Your Day As a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler with Sie***, you will take on a pivotal role as the primary owner of the plant’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). In this position, you will leverage the CMMS along with various support systems and processes to meticulously plan, coordinate, and optimize the plant’s overall maintenance efforts.

  • Collaborate with various plant teams to ensure timely scheduling and execution of work orders, ensuring that all required CMMS documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to assist in the management of the maintenance team, including after-action, utilization, safety, PM compliance, and work order backlog reports.
  • Ensure all legacy plant equipment is assigned an asset ID and criticality level (A, B, or C), and that new equipment is assigned the same prior to or immediately upon installation.
  • Develop and load PM procedures, tasks, and schedules into the CMMS based on OEM recommendations and plant inputs, and coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled PMs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for coordinating maintenance and equipment engineering project activities, and oversee the parts flow process to ensure timely delivery and efficient repairs and project installations.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent technical background, with a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s Degree (or higher) is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with a strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
