Qualifications

- Assist in the design and build of new ultra-low-latency trading capabilities.
- Monitor the performance, stability, and health of the latency-critical computing environment.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, including packet loss, high latency, instability, kernel bypass, routing and switching, multicast protocols, and precision timing systems.
- Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and communicate client needs and platform priorities to regional and global leadership.
- Automate operational tasks and contribute to improvements that strengthen platform reliability, performance, and supportability.
- Participate in occasional monthly on-call
