Responsibilities

  • p>On the Leadership Program, you will run, grow and manage all aspects of United Media.
  • You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of the conference and strategy of the brand.

  • li>Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team.
  • li>Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.</li>
  • li>Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations.</li>
  • li>Execute the strategy at a rapid pace.</li>
  • li>Develop the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge and networking.
  • li>Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within the designated timelines and budget constraints.</li>
  • li>Assign tasks to team members in each department, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved.</li>
