Qualifications

- Expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of Java web applications and Spring boot microservices development experience
- 3+ years of experience leading multiple implementations and supporting changes to production utilizing CI/CD
- Ability to lead a team of Engineers and Support resources across the world in coordination with multiple partners on large initiatives
- Experience in managing off property Application Programming Interface (API) orchestration and integration
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- An industry-standard technology certification
- 1+ years of experience with GenAI stack.
- LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith for building agentic workflows
