Lead Software Engineer (Reconciliation)

About this role: Wel*** is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Reconciliation) within the Shared Services Technology organization on the Reconciliation Technology team. This role is responsible for designing and building high-throughput reconciliation engines, data pipelines, and lifecycle processing frameworks.

Qualifications

• into IntelliMatch configurations, including Matching rules, tolerance thresholds and exception workflows.
• Design, build, and enhance reconciliations using FIS IntelliMatch and Frontier
• Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems into cloud-native microservices architectures
• Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and audit
• Work on Agentic AI and automation to reconciliation workflows
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
• Required
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of full stack development experience (.
• NET, Java, REACT JS, microservices, etc)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with reconciliation
