Responsibilities
- As a Lead Software Engineer at JPM*** within Cloud Foundational Services, you will build secure, scalable, self-service platform capabilities that standardize how teams consume AWS networking, EC2, and storage.
- You'll lead technical delivery, raise engineering standards, and partner across teams to enable consistent cloud foundations at enterprise scale.
- Lead design and delivery of developer platform capabilities for AWS networking, EC2, and storage.
- Build and maintain Terraform IaC (reusable modules, state/backends, CI/CD integration, environment promotion).
- Develop platform automation and services in Python (provisioning workflows, validations, integrations with AWS APIs).
- Implement secure-by-default patterns (least-privilege IAM, network segmentation, encryption/KMS, secure storage configurations).
- Review code, debug complex issues, and improve reliability through automation and standardization.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver reusable platform patterns.
