Responsibilities
- You will play a key role in designing and delivering a shared identity platform that supports customer onboarding, identity verification, and trust services across multiple products and lines of business.
- Design and deliver secure, scalable software solutions that support customer identity, onboarding, and trust services across platforms
- Develop and maintain a canonical customer identity model to enable consistent identity representation across systems
- Build and manage services that support the end-to-end identity lifecycle, including enrollment, verification, remediation, and offboarding
- Integrate identity proofing and verification vendors through abstracted APIs to enable flexible and scalable onboarding capabilities
- Develop and refine trust and risk signal services that support fraud detection and identity assurance decisions
- Design and implement event-driven architectures and APIs that enable seamless interoperability across distributed systems
- Partner with product, risk, and technology teams to translate regulatory and business
