Responsibilities
- Want to take responsibility and build solutions that truly matter?
- As (Lead/Senior) Technical Product Manager for Platform Engineering, you will shape the internal platform products that help our builders ship better software faster, more reliably, and with less friction.
- You will partner with engineering across Developer Platform & Security to turn complex platform capabilities into products that developers and AI agents love to use.
- include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Product Leadership: Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Platform Engineering products, aligned with company priorities and engineering needs.
- Platform-As-Product: Treat internal capabilities like real products, using discovery, user research, feedback loops, and adoption data to solve actual builder problems.
- Stakeholder Management: Align engineers, product managers, engineering leads, security, SRE, and senior leadership around a clear platform direction.
- Impact Ownership: Define and track success metrics such as platform adoption, Change Lead Time, MTTD/MTTR, etc.
- This includes translating complex technical platform initiatives and metrics into clear business impact and ROI for non-technical, (C-level) stakeholders.
- Internal Product Evangelism: Communicate complex technical products in a clear, compelling way so teams understand, trust, and adopt them.
