Job summary
As the Lead Security & Loss Prevention, you will be responsible for the comprehensive security of the logistics site, leading a team of Security Guards and Specialists. You will coordinate complex physical security projects and implement effective measures for continuous improvement of site safety.
Qualifications
- Degree in a security-related field
- Approximately 5 years of experience, ideally in Physical Security
- Initial leadership experience
- Knowledge in project management, risk analysis, and budget calculation
- Very good German skills (C1 level)
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- Logistics experience and a TAPA certificate are a plus
